Hi, we’re Q.

Why Q?

We believe in quality, questioning, and thinking quickly.
Plus, we’re scrabble geeks (10 points!), love a good Bond movie (Q for Quartermaster), and rarely, if ever, do you find a Q without a U (you!).

Carolynne Gibbons, Project Manager (She/her)

Carolynne blends her education in the liberal arts, public relations, and cultural management with real-world applications to help organizations and people navigate tough decisions. Hard talks and muddy waters are her jam - the grittier the better (this one likes the raisins in her oatmeal cookies).

Carolynne started her career with an interest in the arts and non-profits. After a period in Toronto’s creative sector, she developed a deep curiosity in how cultural narratives and organizational psychology inform our day-to-day choices. Shifting into the world of facilitation was a natural next step.

Q workshops is a perfect fit for Carolynne’s passion for research, psych, writing, tech, and pop culture. She is excited to see the new world of mindful business and leadership unfold.
